Park International Center for Music’s award-winning alumni, students and faculty showed up in droves to witness the first ever BIG SCREEN version of Stanislav & Friends.
Recently, Park ICM presented esteemed pianist, Jan Jiracek von Arnim, at the 1900 Building. After performing works by Schubert, Haydn and Beethoven, Park ICM student, Anastasia Vorotnaya, performed Beethoven’s Sonata in F minor, Op. 57 & was then coached by Mr. Jiracek von Arnim to the delight of the intrigued audience! The 2019 Park ICM Gala welcomed Kenny Broberg fresh from winning the Bronze Medal in the International Tchaikovsky Competition in June. He was joined by fellow students, alumni and teachers on the Helzberg Hall stage. On September 16, Benefactors of the 2019 Gala enjoyed a private party at “Camelot,” the home of Laura Welch on Weatherby Lake, then enjoyed an exclusive reception on stage after the concert.
Park ICM’s own master’s candidate, Kenny Broberg, is welcomed back to Kansas City, after winning the Bronze Medal in the International Tchaikovsky Competition in June.
