Park University is happy to announce Robin and Scott Boswell as Honorary Chairs of Stanislav and Friends. Robin and Scott are prominent leaders and passionate advocates for the arts, education, and community engagement in Kansas City. Together, they bring a wealth of expertise, dedication, and vision to their role as Honorary Chairs of Stanislav & Friends 2025, supporting Park University’s International Center for Music.
Robin, a Kansas City native, graduated from Sunset Hill School (now Pembroke Hill) before earning her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Southern Methodist University, where she cultivated her passion for the performing and visual arts. Her commitment to community service includes leadership roles as Co-Chair of St. Luke’s Health System’s Paint the Town and Speaking of Women’s Health, as well as serving as a board member of the Youth Symphony of Kansas City. A devoted patron of numerous arts organizations, Robin’s love for the arts is reflected in her lifelong dedication to fostering creativity and cultural enrichment.
Scott serves as Chairman of Commerce Trust, Kansas City, where he supports senior leadership across private client, private banking, and institutional services. With over 40 years of investment management experience, Scott has held leadership roles at organizations such as Bank of America, Aetna Capital, and New York Life Asset Management. He also served as CEO of eBridge Solutions. His academic achievements include a Doctor of Business Administration from the University of Missouri, St. Louis, an MBA from the University of Chicago, and a BA from Westminster College. Scott teaches Leadership and Organizations in the Executive MBA program at the University of Missouri-Kansas City and has served on numerous charitable and industry boards, including the Kansas City Symphony, Kansas City Repertory Theatre, and the Grammy Award-winning Kansas City Chorale.
Together, Robin and Scott are proud parents of two adult sons, Scott Jr. (Senn) and Graham. Their shared commitment to the arts and community makes them exceptional leaders for Stanislav & Friends 2025, an event that celebrates the transformative power of music and its ability to unite and inspire.
