      April 15 Park ICM Distinguished Alumni Series – David Radzynski and Lolita Lisovskaya-Sayevich

      One of the youngest violinists to lead a major orchestra today, Radzynski is the Concertmaster of the Israel Philharmonic. A graduate of the Park International Center for Music under the tutelage of Professor Ben Sayevich, David took the helm of the internationally renowned orchestra in 2015. David will be in concert with Lolita Lisovskaya-Sayevich, Park University Collaborative Artist, at the intimate marvel concert hall in Kansas City, the 1900 Building.

        Park University to Host Screening of “Big Sonia,” with Live Music Performance and Panel Discussion

        On Monday, April 9, Park University will host a program that will include a screening of Warshawski’s story, “Big Sonia,” a live music performance and a panel discussion starting at 6 p.m. in the Jenkin and Barbara David Theater inside Alumni Hall on the University’s Parkville Campus. Admission to the event, a part of Park’s 2017-18 Year of Diversity series of events, is free and open to the public. To ensure seating, registration is requested at park.edu/bigsonia.
