To experience our famed alum, a nice contingency of ICM Patrons travel to support him and even stayed late to greet the virtuoso at a Park University sponsored reception in Carnegie’s Shorin Club Room. The famed Uzbeki composer, Dilorom Saidaminova, was even in attendance to witness her creation’s Carnegie Hall debut, and hang out with the Kansas City crowd. Congratulations, Behzod!

Laurel Gagnon, an alum of Park ICM’s violin studio under Professor Ben Sayevich has made the quarter finals of the Elmar Oliveira International Violin Competition. The 20 Quarter-Finalists range in ages 18-28 and represent 13 countries—Bulgaria, Canada, China, France, Hong Kong, Israel, Italy, Japan, Luxembourg, South Korea, Taiwan, United Kingdom, and the United States.
